Parts of the marae

Kia ora,

Today I learned about the parts of the marae

the parts of the marae that I learned were a tekoteko and

all the other ones.

 Tongan Language Week 

Today my mom and I learned a few Tongan words and then she tested me and used the words in a sentence i had to guess what the English word was like she used "TELEFONI" which translates to Phone. and few other words here is the picture of the words we learned. 

  Fathers day dessert

Today I baked a pie for my dad for fathers day and I made the custard.

Ashton made the crust and I made the custard.

I used milk, sugar, and custard powder for the custard.

I hope my dad likes it. I will let you all know tomorrow.

Today I learned the difference between a bat and a flying fox.

 A flying fox is a type of bat that does not use sonar only.

They use their eyes and ears and bats use their sonar and nose to find

food in the dark because they can't see in the dark.

Pizza Night

Last night me and my mum made pizzas.  I made one and I called it porkchamp and my mum cooked one too that she called spicy lamb slice. My dad and my brother Ashton were watching movies while me and my mum were cooking in the kitchen. After we cooked the pizzas we had leftover cheese and Nadia ate all of it when she was done with the pizzas but there were some pizzas left so we left it for the next day and then nobody ate it but me and nadia did so the pizzas didn't go to waste.

     Last night I and my brother had a dinner a big dinner and the dinner 

     Was for my brother because he got into St.thomas. And dinner was.

Prawns (which was my favorite) and fish with pork belly with some octopus 

And some mussels.

In my bubble today i had [babakau] babakau is a fijian pancake

And my dad cooked it and then after that I went outside

To play on the tramp i played on the tramp for a long time and then i saw my dad.

  Bring out a BIG blue mat it was a water slide my dad and my mum made the

Water slide and then me and ashton realized that that was a water slid and

Then we played on it and then i got cold but ashton did not but then he did
